Leslie, Before coming to you I had hired two other web designers. After weeks of discussion with one, he finally said that what I wanted could not be done within my budget. After hours spent filling out a questionnaire and several weeks of consulting with the other, I was left hanging. Then I spent several hours designing my logo with another computer/design professional and still was not happy. In stark contrast, you talked to me, asking me questions, and seemed to intuitively know what I wanted. In fact, your design was much better than I had imagined. And you came up with a brilliant logo in no time! A week and a half later, I had a wonderful website. In fact, it would have been sooner if not for MY delay. Your support has been outstanding and I have to say that I was lucky to find the combination of knowledge, skill, professionalism, creativity, speed, and customer support that you have provided. Perhaps I could come close if I were to pay three or four times as much to another deisgn team, but I couldn’t guarantee that. Thank you and I look forward to a long term working relationship.
